Shipping

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery runs 3–7 business days once dispatched, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Fragrance is classed as a hazardous material by most carriers, so everything ships ground. That is a legal restriction rather than a choice, and it is why we cannot offer overnight delivery.

Returns

Free returns within 30 days of purchase.

Unopened products are returned for a full refund. Opened products are subject to a 30% restocking fee, because once a bottle has been opened we cannot resell it.

If you are unsure about a scent, the 3 ml vial is there for exactly that reason — try it before committing to a full bottle.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. No need to return the damaged bottle.

How to start a return

Email info@codeparfums.com with your order number and which bottles you are sending back. We will reply with return instructions.
