Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Unopened products in their original, unused condition are refunded in full to the original payment method. Opened products may also be returned within 14 days, with a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo to info@codeparfums.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
